目的：探讨麻杏五子汤联合痰热清治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效。方法：回顾性分析150 例CPHD 急性加重期患者临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同分为A、B、C 三组。A 组单纯给予西医治疗，B组加用痰热清，C 组在西医治疗基础上，给予麻杏五子汤联合痰热清治疗，比较三组患者治疗效果及对PaCO2、PaO2、PAMP水平的影响。结果：①治疗2 周，A 组、B 组、C组治疗有效率分别为 86%、91.49%、100%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。② C 组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、气喘、肺部啰音评分优于A、B 两组，B 组优于A 组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；③治疗后PaCO2、PAMP 下降幅度、PaO2上升幅度C 组＞B 组＞A 组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：麻杏五子汤联合痰热清治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效显著，可有效改善血气指标及肺动脉压。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Maxing Wuzi decoction combined with tanreqing in treatment of pulmonary heart disease patients during acute exacerbation.Methods:150 case pulmonary heart disease patients during acute exacerbation were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital, according to the different treatment, they were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups. Patients in A group only were given the treatment of western medicine, patients in B group was added with tanreqing, and patients in C group were given maxing Wuzi decoction combined with tanreqing treatment on the basis of western medicine. Compared the treatment effect between the three groups and its impact on the PaCO2, PaO2, PAMP level.Results:①treatment efficiency in A group, B group, C group were respectively 86%, 91.49%and 100%after 2 weeks of treatment, and the difference among groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).②cough, expectoration, asthma, pulmonary rales score in C group after treatment were better than A, B two groups and B group was better than A group, the difference among groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). ③After treatment the PaCO2, PAMP in C group declined, PaO2 rised extent were higher than B group andA group，B group were higher than A group, the difference among groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Maxing Wuzi decoction combined with tanreqing in treatment of pulmonary heart disease patients during acute exacerbation is remarkable, and it can effectively improve blood gas and pulmonary artery pressure.
