Objective:To investigate and study on the chronic diseases and their status quo of community management in Xiaogan
urban area.Methods:500 cases of elderly people fromJuly 2010 to July 2015 in three communities of Xiaogan urban area as the research
object, using self-made questionnaire survey data of all subjects, analysis of cognition of chronic diseases in elderly in urban area of
Xiaogan, and community management of chronic disease cognition.Analysis factors influencing the cognition of the chronic disease.Results:In chronic diseases, the elderly people in Xiaogan urban area were significantly higher than those with high blood pressure and
diabetes, and chronic bronchitis and chronic bronchitis, and the cognition rate of cancer, hemiplegia and thrombosis was significantly
lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the risk factors of chronic diseases, the elderly people in Xiaogan urban
area were significantly higher than those of the lack of exercise, smoking and diet, and the cognitive rate of alcohol, lack of health
knowledge and pessimistic mood was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the status quo of chronic
disease community management, the elderly in Xiaogan city had a high recognition rate of 62.00%. In order to carry out the three levels
of prevention, strengthen the management of chronic diseases, regularly organized chronic diseases, and the establishment of community
health information service platform, such as cognitive rate was significantly lower, 22.40%, 36.80%, 42.20%, 21.80% respectively, the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the low cultural degree, low economic income,
no chronic diseases and age ≥ 60 years were the risk factors of chronic disease cognition.Conclusion:There are some problems in the
elderly patients with chronic diseases and their community management in Xiaogan urban area, and the relevant community health
management department should focus on the factors that affect the problem, and actively take measures to improve the status of community management. |
