谢紊乱的发生、发展与DNA 甲基化存在密切关系。本文将围绕与脂代谢紊乱相关基因对动脉粥样硬化过程中脂代谢紊乱与

The cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of the humans death, and atherosclerosis, of which the inflammation
reaction being an important pathological mechanism, is the pathological basis of it. Dyslipidemia, an important cause of inflammatory
reaction, is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis, occupying the whole progress. DNA methylation is one important way of epigenetics
without changing the sequences of nucleotide and can regulate the genes expressions. Studies had shown, that the occurrence and
development of dyslipidemia have close relationship with DNA methylation. The relationship between dyslipidemia and DNA methylation
in the atherosclerosis fromthe dyslipidemia-related genes was reviewed in this article. |
