铜-64(半衰期12.7 小时)是PET 上常用的一种正电子放射性核素,其不仅能够作为示踪剂同时还能够用于治疗,特别是对
癌症的放射治疗,效果显著。以往64Cu 只有通过核研究反应堆快速中子通量捕获才能生产(即质子流轰击锌),反应周期长且成本
高,极大的限制了64Cu的生产和应用。为实现64Cu 的大量生产、应用同时节约成本,国际上已开展医用回旋加速器64Cu的高效制
备研究,目前最常使用的是64Ni经质子束流轰击后发生核反应产生64Cu。通过结合我中心实际操作经验,本文旨在阐述医用回旋
加速器(能量16.5MeV)高效制备64Cu 的方法。以天然镍粉为电镀原材料。将其电镀成功后,利用30 微安的质子束流开始轰靶,最
后通过离子交换柱将64Cu、64Ni 和其他放射性产物快速分离,从而得到纯度高、放射性活度高的64Cu。 |

Copper-64(T1/2=12.7 h) was a useful radiotracer for positron emission tomography as well as a promising radiotherapy
agent in the cancer treatment. Copper-64 has been produced in the fast neutron fluxtrap (irradiation of zinc with fast neutrons), the reaction
cycle was long and very high cost, making the availability of this copper-64 very limited. In order to significantly increase the
availability of this intermediate-lived radiotracer, we have investigated and developed a method for the efficient production of high specific
activity copper-64 using a small biomedical cyclotron(16.5 MeV). The most common way of the production of copper-64 was the
64Ni (p, n) 64Cu nuclear reaction. Nickel has been electroplated successfully at weight of about 30 mg and bombarded with proton currents
of 30 uA. Separation of the copper-64, Nickel -64 and other radioactive production by using the ion exchange column, we can get
high purity and activity of copper-64. |
