可增加宫颈癌的风险,AKNA功能的丧失导致子宫颈肿瘤性病变。敲除AKNA 基因可导致炎性因子、蛋白酶和趋化因子的富集,
诱发中性粒细胞介导的炎性反应。本文从转录因子AKNA 的结构特征、生物学功能和功能调控三方面进行综述,旨在为后续关于
AKNA转录调控网络和信号通路的研究提供依据。 |

Transcription factor AKNA is a nuclear protein with an AT-hook motif, which binds to A/T-rich gene targets and regulates
its transcription. AKNA is mainly expressed in B and T lymphocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells, and it can mediate the
immune response. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) within the AKNA AT-hook domain increase the risk of cervical cancer, and
loss of AKNA function will promote cervical neoplastic lesions. Knockout of AKNA gene can lead to the enrichment of inflammatory
cytokines, chemokines and proteases, inducing inflammatory reaction mediated by neutrophil. The structure, biological function and
functional regulation of transcription factor AKNA were reviewed in this artice, with the purpose of making some contributions to further
research on AKNA transcriptional regulatory networks and signaling pathways. |
