      目的:探讨C型钠尿肽(CNP)对糖尿病兔下肢动脉硬化的影响作用及其机制。方法:选取成功建模的糖尿病兔30 只,随机 分为A组(球囊损伤组)、B 组(对照组)和CNP干预组各10 只,分别抽取三组糖尿病兔术前1 d、术后1 d、7 d、14 d、28 d的血浆 测定CNP 及C反应蛋白水平(CRP)。并于术后第28 d 处死三组糖尿病兔观察股动脉腔的狭窄程度及股动脉组织中环磷鸟苷 (cGMP)、环磷鸟苷依赖蛋白(PKGⅠa)含量。结果:三组糖尿病兔术后28 d的cGMP、PKGⅠa 差异显著(P<0.05);A组的cGMP、 PKGⅠa 显著低于B组和CNP干预组(P<0.05);术后第1 d、7 d、14 d三组CRP 含量差异显著,A 组显著高于B 组和CNP干预组 (P<0.05);术后第1 d、7 d、14 d、28 dA 组CNP 含量显著高于B 组(P<0.05);三组间管腔面积两两比较差异显著(P<0.05);A 组中 膜面积、内膜面积显著高于B 组和CNP干预组(P<0.05)。结论:CNP对糖尿病兔股动脉狭窄有一定的抑制作用,可能与其抑制 CRP、提高cGMP 及PKGⅠa 水平有一定关系。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of C type natriuretic peptide (CNP) on the atherosclerosis of lower limbs of diabetic rabbits and its mechanism.Methods:30 rabbits which were successfully established the model of diabetes were selected and randomly divided into groupA (balloon injury group) and groupB (control group) and CNP intervention group, 10 in each group. The plasma CNP and c-reactive protein (CRP) level was detected in preoperative 1 d, postoperative 1 d, 7 d and 14 d and 28 d, respectively. On 28th dayof surgery, the rabbits were sacrificed and the degree of femoral artery lumen stenosis and the content of central GMP (cGMP), cyclic GMP dependence protein (PKGⅠa) in femoral arterial tissues was observed.Results:After 28 d of surgery, the content of cGMP, PKGⅠ had a significant difference among three groups of diabetic rabbits (P < 0.05); the level of cGMP, PKGⅠA in group A was significantly lower than that of group B and CNP intervention group (P< 0.05). In postoperative 1 d, 7 d and 14 d, the level of CRP level was different significantly among three groups, and it was significantly higher in group A than that of group B and CNP intervention group (P < 0.05). In postoperative 1 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d, the level of CNP in group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P < 0.05). The lumen area was significantly different among three groups (P< 0.05); and the media membrane area and the intimal area was significantly higher in group A that of group B and CNP intervention group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:CNP plays a certain inhibitory roles in femoral artery stenosis of diabetic rabbits, which may be related to inhibition of CRP and increase of cGMP and PKGⅠ.
