目的:探讨FEN-1 和AXL在上皮性卵巢癌组织表达情况及其与卵巢癌化疗耐药的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测卵巢癌
/正常卵巢组织中FEN-1 及AXL表达,分析蛋白表达与卵巢癌化疗疗效相关性。结果:卵巢癌组织中FEN-1及AXL阳性率分别
为58.20%及72.13%,均显著高于正常卵巢组织(10%)(P < 0.05)。相对早期患者,FEN-1 高表达于晚期卵巢癌组织(37.50%&63.
27%)(P < 0.05),与分化程度及化疗敏感性关系不大(P>0.05)。AXL高表达于晚期卵巢癌(77.55%&50%)及低分化组织中
(79.71%&62.26%)(P < 0.05)。癌组织AXL阳性者化疗有效率(51.14%)明显低于阴性者(85.29%)(P < 0.05);化疗耐药组AXL
阳性率(89.58%)明显高于敏感组(60.81%)(P < 0.05)。结论:FEN-1 及AXL均与卵巢癌发生发展相关,AXL的表达可作为预测卵
巢癌化疗耐药的指标。 |

Objective:This study was to explore the expression of FEN-1 and AXL in epithelial ovarian cancer and analyze its relationship
with chemoresistance of patients.Methods:Expressions of FEN-1 and AXL in specimens of ovarian cancer and normal ovary
were detected via immunohistochemistry. The relationship between these proteins and chemotherapy efficacy of patients after operation
were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of FEN-1 and AXL in cancer specimens (58.20%and 72.13%respectively )were significantly
higher than those in normal ones(10%)(P<0.05). FEN-1 was highly expressed in ovarian cancer patients at late stage(III-IV)(37.50% &
63.27%)(P<0.05), while showed no significant difference in differentiation and chemotherapy efficacy (P>0.05). The expression of
AXL in ovarian cancer patients was higher at late stage(III-IV)(77.55% & 50%), with poor differentiation (79.71%&62.26%)(P<0.05).
The positive rate of AXL was higher in patients resistant to chemotherapy (89.58%) than those sensitive to chemotherapy (60.81%)(P<
0.05). The short-termefficacy of ovarian cancer were higher in patients with negative expression (85.29%) of AXL than those with positive
expression(51.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both FEN-1 and AXL are closely related to the development of ovarian cancer. The expression
of AXL could be used to predict chemoresistance of ovarian cancer. |
