目的:对比分析肺癌患者和肺部非癌性病变肺动脉和主支气管动脉CTA 特点。方法:回顾性统计分析82 例行高度怀疑肺癌
患者的肺部CTA,经病理证实肺癌54 例,肺结核球28 例,同时选择对照组22 例。对比分析肺动脉(Pulmonary artery,PA)内径、主
支气管动脉(Bronchial artery,BA)显影率和及其各级分支显影率。结果:肺癌组、肺结核球组和对照组左主支气管动脉显影率分别
为83.3%、77.7%和72.7%。右主支气管动脉显影率87.0%、83.3%和68.1%。肺癌组左右主支气管动脉清晰显影率高于肺结核球组
和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左右两侧肺癌组PA 内径明显大于结核球和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左右侧肺
癌组PA 显影分级明显高于结核球和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左右双侧PA 主干内径差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结
论:肺部癌性病灶动脉供血增加,肺动脉和支气管动脉CTA 能够显示肺癌病灶供血情况,可用于临床辅助鉴别诊断影像学不能

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of CT angiography (CTA) of bronchial and pulmonary artery in patients
with lung cancer and non-cancer lung lesions.Methods:A retrospective statistical analysis was performed including 82 patients who
underwent highly suspected lung cancer and received lung CTA. Of these patients, 54 were pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer
(Lung cancer group) and 28 patients were confirmed with TB ball (TB group). Another 22 patients without lung lesions were included as
control group. Compare and analyze the diameter of pulmonary artery (PA) and development rate of main bronchial artery and branches
at all levels.Results:The development rate of the left PA was 83.3%, 77.7%and 72.7%respectively, and that of the right PA was 87.0%,
83.3% and 68.1% respectively in the lung cancer group, TB group and control group. It was clear that the development rate of left and
right PA was higher in lung cancer group than in TB group and control group (P<0.05). The diameters of left and right PA in lung cancer
group were bigger than that of TB group and control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Imaging grades of
left and right side of the PA in lung cancer group were obviously higher than that of TB and control group, and the difference was
statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Artery blood flow increases in lung cancer lesions. CTA of pulmonary and bronchial artery
can help reveal the blood supply situation of lung cancer lesions. CTA can be used as clinical auxiliary differential diagnosis for
imaging-undiagnosed lung lesions. |
