| Prostate cancer is the second global incidence of cancer in men, A significant increase in the incidence of prostate
cancer in recent years.A large number of recent studies find that the expression level of long non-coding RNA are associated with the development,
diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of prostate cancer. To help the readers understand the importance of long non-coding RNA
in the pathology of prostate cancer, this review summarize current state of knowledge about the association between long non-coding
RNA and prostate cancer, and the underlying mechanisms. |
