目的:通过对染氟大鼠和小鼠氟斑牙的观察,进一步确定氟斑牙作为慢性氟中毒的诊断指标的重要性。方法:通过不同浓度
和不同时间的氟染毒,利用数码体视显微镜观察Wistar大鼠和C57BL/6J 小鼠氟斑牙的形态变化。将Wistar 大鼠随机分为4组,
每组8 只,共计32 只,分笼饲养,C57BL/6J 小鼠4 组,每组12 只,共计48 只,分8 笼饲养。对照组:蒸馏水组,实验组三组:氟化钠
分别为50 mg/L组,100 mg/L组和150 mg/L组。在染氟至6 个月时,应用在体视显微镜观察大鼠和小鼠牙齿的动态改变。结果:染
氟组Wistar大鼠和C57BL/6J 小鼠牙齿均出现规则的斑纹、白垩状、延迟断裂、缺损等症状。随着染氟时间的延长,C57BL/6J 小鼠
氟斑牙的损伤程度大于Wistar大鼠。在慢性氟中毒大鼠和小鼠的牙齿变化中发现,大鼠和小鼠的牙齿变化程度与种属有着密切
的关系。结论:通过利用体视显微镜对Wistar大鼠和C57BL/6J 小鼠染氟6 个月进行氟斑牙的观察分析,为慢性氟中毒鼠模型提
供氟斑牙的形态学的详实依据。并且,可根据研究需要适宜选择氟斑牙的动物模型。 |

Objective:To observe the morphological changes of dental fluorosis of Wistar rats and C57BL/6J mice by using digital
stereo microscope and to further investigate the value of dental fluorosis as a diagnostic indicator of fluorosis.Methods:A total of 32
Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (8 rats in each group, feeding in the cage). 48 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided
into 4 groups (12 mice in each group, feeding in 8 cages). Control group was given sodium, while three experimental groups were
respectively treated with 50 mg/L,100 mg/L and 150 mg/L of sodium fluoride. The dynamic cha-nges of the teeth of rats and mice were
observed under the stereo microscope in the dyeing to 6 months.Results:The Wistar rats and C57BL/6J mice had a series of symptons:
regular pattern of speckle, chalk, delayed fracture and defect. With the extension of time of fluorine dyeing, the damage degree of dental
fluorosis in C57BL/6J mice was more serious than that in Wistar rats. The dental changes of chronic fluorosis rats and mice showed that
there was a close relationship between the degree of tooth change and the species of the rats and mice.Conclusion:This study can
provide detailed data of the morphology of dental fluorosis for rats/mice models of chronic fluorosis,and an animal model of dental
fluorosis can be appropriately chosen according to the research needs. |
