      目的:分析冠状动脉解剖变异的CT 血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)影像特征。方法:回顾分析2010 年6 月到2014 年4 月间PACS 存储的12326例心脏CTA 图像资料,记录解剖变异冠状动脉的名称、开口起源位置、数目、行程状态 及终止部位表现及其与毗邻结构的关系。结果:共有700 例心脏有冠状动脉解剖变异,以冠状动脉开口起源异常最多见,共622 例(622/12326,5.05 %),其中左和右冠状动脉开口高位350 例(350/12326, 2.84 %),左和右冠状动脉开口于对侧窦166 例 (166/12326, 1.35 %),冠状动脉双开口70 例(70/12326,0.57 %),左和右冠状动脉开口于窦间36 例(36/12326,0.29 %);其次为数目 异常29 例(29/12326,0.24 %),包括左、右单支冠状动脉19 例(19/12326,0.15 %)和冠状动脉分支(LCx)缺如10 例(10/12326,0.08 %);冠状动脉终止异常(冠脉动脉- 动脉圆锥和/或肺动脉瘘)29 例(29/12326,0.24 %)。VR 是显示冠状动脉解剖变异最重要的后 处理方法。结论:冠状动脉解剖变异CTA 表现复杂多样,心脏CTA 能够准确显示冠状动脉解剖变异种类及其毗邻关系。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To summarize computed tomography angiography (CTA) performance of coronary artery anatomical variations.Methods:A retrospective analysis of cardiac CTA image data stored in the PACS 12326 cases,recording the names, open origining, number, the status of the trip and the location of the termination of the anomalous coronary arteries and its the relationship with the adjacent structures.Results:A total of 700 patients with coronary anatomy variation, the coronary anatomy variation in opening anomalous origin of the most common, total of 622 cases, accounting for 5.05 %(622/12326), in which the left and right coronary artery take off 2.84 %(350/12326), left and right coronary artery from the contralateral sinus accounted for 1.35 %(166/12326), coronary two openings accounted for 0.57 %(70/12326), the left and right coronary sinus opening accounted for 0.29 %(36/12326)in between; followed by the number of abnormal, accounting for 0.24% (29/12326), including left and right single coronary artery0.15 %(19/12326) and coronary artery (LCx) absent 0.08 %(10/12326); coronary terminate abnormalities (coronary artery, arterial cone and / or pulmonary artery fistulae), accounting for 0.24% (29/12326).VR is the most important postprocessing method to showing anatomical variations of the coronary arteries.Conclusion:Coronary CTAperformance of coronary artery anatomic variations is complex and diverse, cardiac CTA could clearly and accurately display the type of coronary artery anatomic variations and its relationship with adjacent structures.
