目的:研究吸入伊洛前列素对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)细胞化疗敏感性的影响。方法:研究对象为2014 年8 月至2015 年8
月在我院住院治疗的40 例NSCLC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。所有患者均予以吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗,治疗组在化疗同时
予以吸入伊洛前列素。ELISA 检测患者治疗前后患者血清中HIF-1alpha和VEGF表达水平的变化,采用Karnofsky评分评价患者功
能状况,并对比两组疗效及毒副反应。结果:治疗组有效率(RR)和控制率(CDR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Karnofsky评分
改善率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清中HIF-1alpha和VEGF 的表达水平均低
于治疗前,治疗组治疗后1 天、21天血清中HIF-1alpha和VEGF的表达水平显著低于对照组同期,且治疗后21 天表达水平显著低于
治疗后1 天(P<0.05)。结论:吸入伊洛前列素能通过调节HIF-1alpha和VEGF 水平改善NSCLC细胞化疗敏感性,且疗效安全显著,
预后好。 |

Objective:To investigate the influence of iloprost inhalation on chemosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer
(NSCLC) cells.Methods:A total of 40 patients with NSCLC, who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine from August 2014 to August 2015, were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into treatment
group and control group. All the patients were treated with chemotherapy of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin, on the basis of which,
the treatment group was added iloprost inhalation. The levels of serum HIF-1alpha and VEGF in the two groups were detected by ELISA
method before and after treatment, the physical condition of the patients was evaluated by Karnofsky score. The clinical effect and the incidence
of side effects in the two group were compared.Results:The response rate (RR) and disease control rate (DCR) in the treatment
group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Incidence of side effects in the treatment group was significantly
lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Serum HIF-1琢and VEGF levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than before
treatment. The levels of serum HIF-1aloha and VEGF in the treatment group 1 day and 21 days after treatment were lower than those in the
control group in the same period, furthermore, the levels of serumHIF-1alpha and VEGF in the two groups 21 days after treatment were lower
than those 1 day after treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:Iloprost inhalation can improve the chemosensitivity of NSCLC cells by regulating
the serumHIF-1 and VEGF levels, which has a good and safe effect, and satisfied prognosis. |
