      内科是临床科室的重要组成部分,内科教学是为培养医务工作者的重要步骤,是医学生由学生向医生角色转变的桥梁。传 统临床教学以知识灌输为主,学生学习积极性较低,教学质量较低。上世纪60、70 年代问题导向(PBL)的教学方法被提出,为教学 改革提供了一个全新的思路。本文将PBL 教学方法应用于内科临床教学工作中,结合本学科的特点,以学生为中心,以问题为向 导,充分发挥学生的学习积极性,提高教学质量,促进学生主动学习能力提高,帮助医学生建立完整的内科诊疗过程思维,进而达 到临床内科教学目标。
英文摘要:
      Internal medicine is an important part in clinical departments, and the clinical teaching of internal medicine is a significant step for training medical workers, which is a bridge from the medical student to the doctor. The traditional teaching mode is mainly based on knowledge instilling, which causes the students to study less aggressively and the poor quality of teaching. Problem-based learning(PBL) mode has been proposed between 1960s and 1970s, which has provided a new idea for teaching reform. In this study, the PBL mode is applied to the clinical teaching of internal medicine. According to the characteristics of this course, take the students as the center, take the question as the guide, play the students' learning initiative, improve the quality of teaching, and help the medical students to create a complete mindset of diagnosis and treatment process of internal medicine in order to achieve the goal of clinical teaching of internal medicine.
