目的:研究微创经皮钢板接骨术与Henry入路钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:选取2013 年2 月到2014 年2 月
我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者86 例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为I 组和II组,每组43 例,I 组患者给予微创经皮钢板接骨术
治疗,II组患者给予Henry 入路钢板内固定治疗,术后随访患者1 年,比较两组临床疗效。结果:I组手术时间、术中出血量显著优
于II 组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);I 组术后1 年DASH 评分显著优于II组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<
0.05);两组并发症比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗桡骨远端骨折具有较好的临床疗效,能缩短手术
时间、降低术中出血量,改善患者上肢功能。 |

Objective:To study the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis and Henry approach plate fixation
in the treatment of patients with distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 86 patients with distal radius fractures, who were admitted
to Danzhou First People's Hospital from February 2013 to February 2014, were selected and randomly divided into group I(n=43) and
group II (n=43). Group I was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, while group II , with Henry approach
plate fixation. After operation, the patients of the two groups were followed up for one year. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was
compared.Results:The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of group I were significantly better than those of group II, the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). DASH score of group I was significantly better than that of group II one year after operation,
the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the complications between the two
groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients
with distal radius fractures, which can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and improve the upper extremity function
of the patients. |
