目的:研究红细胞分布宽度(RDW)和高敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在急性心肌梗死中的表达及与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关
系。方法:选取2010 年1 月到2015 年1 月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者300 例(研究组),另选取单纯心绞痛患者300 例(对照
组),比较两组RDW、hs-CRP、Gensini 评分和冠状动脉病变支数,并分析RDW、hs-CRP 和Gensini 评分、冠状动脉病变支数的关
系。结果:研究组RDW、hs-CRP、Gensini评分和冠状动脉病变支数均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05);
冠状动脉Gensini 评分和病变支数与RDW、hs-CRP 呈正相关关系(r=0.58,0.69,0.49,0.57,P<0.05),同时RDW 和hs-CRP 呈正相
关关系(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者会出现RDW和hs-CRP 水平增高现象,和冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关关系。 |

Objective:To study the red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels
in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) expression and their relationship with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:A total of
300 patients with acute myocardial infarction, who were admitted to Kaifeng Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from January
2010 to January 2015, were chosen as study group, another 300 patients with pure angina pectoris, as control group. The RDW, hs-CRP,
the Gensini score and coronary artery lesion counts of the two groups were compared and the relationship of RDW and hs-CRP with
Gensini score and coronary artery lesion counts were analyzed.Results:RDW, hs-CRP, the Gensini score and coronary artery lesion
count of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Gensini score and coronary artery lesion count have positive correlation with RDWand hs-CRP (r=0.58, 0.69, 0.58, 0.69, P<0.05), and
the RDWwas positively correlated with hs-CRP (P<0.05).Conclusion:RDWand hs-CRP in patients with acute myocardial infarction are
increased, which has a positively relationship with degree of coronary artery stenosis. |
