      目的:探讨姜黄素灌胃对糖尿病心脏病变大鼠心肌酶和氧化指标的影响。方法:将成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿 病组、姜黄素治疗2 周组与姜黄素治疗4 周组。取心室肌组织匀浆分别检测心肌酶、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD) 和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)的含量。结果:糖尿病组与对照组比较,心肌酶天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate transaminase, AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(Lactic dehydrogenase, LDH)、肌酸激酶(Creatinekinase, CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB, CK-MB)均增高(P<0.01)。心肌氧化代谢产物MDA含量升高(P<0.01),抗氧化损伤的SOD 含量降低(P<0.01);姜黄素治疗组与 糖尿病组相比,各心肌酶含量有所下降,治疗4周组有明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。同时心肌SOD 和MDA 含量在治疗组均有显著 改善(P<0.05 或P<0.01),治疗4 周组心肌组织SOD含量较2 周组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素灌胃可以减轻糖尿病大鼠心肌 损伤,提高抗氧化能力。

      Objective:To explore the effects of curcumin by lavage on the myocardial tissues and oxidation index of diabetic rats with heart disease.Methods:Male SD rats were divided into four groups randomly: Control group, diabetic group, diabetic group treated with 2 or 4 weeks of curcumin by lavage. The myocardial tissues of rats were made into homogenate and the contents of mycardial enzymes, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured from the homogenate.Results:In diabetic group, the level of aspartate transaminase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinekinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) were obviously increased compared with that in control group(P<0.01). The content of MDA, a product of oxidative stress, was obviously increased in diabetic group (P<0.01). The content of SOD, an enzyme of anti-oxidative stress, was significantly decreased in diabetic group (P<0.01). Compared with diabetic group, all of the level of myocardial enzymes was obviously reduced in the group of curcumin treated for 2 or 4 weeks, especially in 4Wgroup (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the contents of MDA and SOD were also ameliorated in curcumin treated groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of SOD in 4Wgroup was significantly increased compared with that in 2W group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin by lavage can reduce the myocardial injury and enhance the antioxidative capacity in diabetic rats.
