目的:从水葫芦中提取叶绿素铜钠初产物,完善叶绿素铜钠盐的提取工艺,研究叶绿素铜钠的抗细胞氧化损伤作用。方法:
采用丙酮乙醇混合液提取水葫芦中的叶绿素铜钠,通过红外光谱分析、分光检测、X 射线衍射等方法对产物产率、样品成分、纯度
进行检测,之后利用连二亚硫酸/PC12制作细胞模型,研究了叶绿素铜钠的抗细胞氧化损伤作用。结果:采用本文工艺提取得的
叶绿素铜钠产率较佳,提取物中未见Pb、Cd 等水葫芦生长流域常见的重金属污染;MTT 法显示叶绿素铜钠未见细胞毒作用,且
对细胞氧化损伤具有明显抑制作用。结论:研究结果如可应用于叶绿素铜钠的工业提取,可降低目前含叶绿素铜钠类药物与保健
品的生产成本,为入侵植物水葫芦的综合利用提供有价值的参考。 |

Objective:Extract Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt from water hyacinth, improve the extraction process of Chlorophyllin
sodium copper salt and study its effect on antioxidant defense.Methods:Acetone-ethanol extraction method was used to extract
Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt from water hyacinth in this study. Visible spectrophotometry Detection, infra-red spectrum and XRD
were used to detect Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt productivity, chemical composition, purity and so forth. Effect on antioxidant defense
of Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt was investigated which on apoptosis of PC12 cells introduced by sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4).Results:By the process mentioned above, we got Chlorophyllin sodium copper salt with higher Productivity. And the extracts doesn't
contain the heavy metals of Pb and Cd, which are commonly observed in the Yangtze river basin through XRD diffraction analysis. The
Chlorophyllin sodiumcopper salt did not exhibit cytotoxicity by MTT. Besides it exhibits obvious inhibitory effect on cell oxidative damage.Conclusion:The study may help cut cost of some health products and medicine which contain Chlorophyllin sodiumcopper salt and
open up broad prospects in exploitation of Biological Resources. |
