目的:探讨亚麻籽木酚素预防乳腺癌的作用及机制。方法:分别采用基础饲料(BD组)和添加亚麻籽木酚素的饲料(FS 组)喂
养大鼠两周后,通过二甲基苯蒽灌胃复制乳腺癌模型大鼠,连续观察并测定两组大鼠瘤体的体积和重量,采用免疫组织化学技术
分别检测和比较两组大鼠乳腺癌组织中PCNA、Her-2、Ki-67 的表达。结果:BD组大鼠乳腺癌的发生率及瘤体重量和体积均较FS
组更高(P<0.05)。FS 组乳腺癌组织中Ki-67、Her-2、PCNA 阳性表达率均较BD组显著降低(P<0.010)。结论:亚麻籽木酚素可发挥
预防乳腺癌的效应,该效用可能与其降低Ki-67、Her-2、PCNA的表达有关。 |

Objective:This study was determined to explore the function and molecular mechanism of flaxseed lignans on the
prevention of breast cancer.Methods:After the basic diet (BD group) and add flaxseed lignans feed (FS group) for two weeks, breast
cancer model rats were conducted by gavage administration with DMBA. The volume and weight of the palpable tumors were measured,
detected the expression of PCNA, Her-2, Ki-67 in the rat breast cancer tissue expression by Immunohistochemistry and conducted
comparative analysis.Results:The breast cancer incidence and tumor weight and volume of BD group were higher than FS group (P <0.
05). The results of immunohistochemical experiment showed that in the breast lesions, Ki-67, Her-2, PCNA positive expression rates in
BD was higher than FS, there was a significant difference (P<0.010).Conclusion:Flaxseed lignans may play a preventive effect of
breast cancer, the utility may be associated with lower the expression of Ki-67, Her-2 and PCNA. |
