目的:探讨短时间内变压器噪声暴露对豚鼠应激、肝肾及免疫功能的影响。方法:取32 只健康成年(5-6 月龄)豚鼠随机分为
实验组和对照组,每组16 只。实验组给予录制的变压器噪声(声压级范围40.8-55 dB SPL,频谱范围150-2000 Hz)连续暴露28
天,10 小时/ 天(晚10 点到早上8 点),对照组在相同条件下饲养,无噪声暴露。噪声暴露结束后,对实验豚鼠的应激、肝肾及免疫
功能进行定量评估比较。结果:噪声暴露28 天后实验组豚鼠的应激状态指标(ACTH、血清皮质醇)与对照组比较差异无统计学
意义(P>0.05),主要肝肾功能指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),免疫相关指标(IgG、IgA、IgE、IL-1、IL-2)比较差异无
统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:声压级范围为40.8-55 dB SPL、频谱范围为150~2000 Hz的变压器噪声连续暴露28 天(10 小时/ 天)

Objective:To study the stress, hepato-renal function and immune function changes in Guinea pigs after a short period
exposed to transformer noise.Methods:32 guinea pigs were grouped randomly into noise group (n=16) and control group (n=16). The
noise group was exposed to the transformer noise (sound pressure level was 40.8~55 dB SPL, frequency content was 150~2000 Hz) for
consecutively 28 days (10 hours per day, 10:00 pm~8:00 am). The control group was housed to the same conditions without the
transformer noise. The indexes of stress reactions, hepato-renal function and immune function of the guinea pigs were determined and
compared between two groups after a 28 days' noise exposure.Results:Compared with the control group, ACTH and CORT in the noise
group were not markedly different (P>0.05), and no obvious difference (P>0.05) was found in the liver and renal functions either. And the
noise group showed no significant difference (P>0.05) in related immune indexes (IgG, IgA, IgE, IL-1, IL-2) from the control group.Conclusion:Exposure of the transformer noise (sound pressure level: 40.8~55 dB, frequency content: 150~2000 Hz) in 28 days (10
hours per day, 10:00 pm~8:00 am) does not cause the stress, hepato-renal function and immune function changes in Guinea pigs. |
