      目的:探讨目标教学法在护理教学查房中的临床应用价值,以培养护生的临床思维能力,并且提高实践工作能力。方法:选取 我院2014 年5 月~2014 年9 月在急诊科实习的护生120 人为研究对象,在实习之初,按照随机的原则将其分为观察组与对照 组,每组60 人。在查房中,观察组实施目标教学法,对照组实施常规护理教学法。实习结束后,调查两组护生对查房时教学与课堂 效果的满意程度,记录两组护生病历书写的质量以及在实习结束后,通过考核,统计两组护生的在理论成绩、基础护理成绩、专科 护理成绩以及护理综合技能方面的成绩, 然后对所得到的数据进行统计,以探讨目标教学法在护理教学查房中的临床应用价值。 结果:从查房时教学的满意程度及对课堂效果的满意程度来看,观察组都高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病 历书写优良的人数为48,优良率为80%,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的理论成绩、基础护理成绩、专 科护理成绩及护理综合技能的成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标教学法是一种科学、合理并且适合 时代发展要求的新型教学法,应用于护理教学查房中,能提高护生的主动性,激发护生的学习兴趣,充分发掘其潜能,做到理论与 实际的结合,从而提高学习者的自身能力,值得临床推广应用。

      Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the target teaching method in nursing teaching ward round, to train the clinical thinking ability of nursing students, and to improve the ability of their practical work.Methods:A total of 120 nursing students,who practiced fromMay 2014 to September 2014 in emergency department of Afliliated HaiKou Hospital of Xiang Ya school of Medicine Central South University,were chosen as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The observation group was given the target teaching method in the ward round, while the control group routine, the routine nursing teaching. After finishing the internship, The satisfaction of two groups of nursing students to ward teaching and classroom effect was studied. The quality of medical record writing in the two groups was recorded; the achievements in theory, basic nursing, special nursing and nursing skills were recorded and statistically analyzed in order to investigate the clinical application value of the target teaching method in nursing teaching ward round.Results:Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of nursing students of the observation group to ward teaching and classroom effect was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the excellent and good rate (80%) in medical record writing in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the achievements in theory, basic nursing, special nursing and nursing skills in the observation group were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The target teaching method is a scientific and reasonable method, suitable for development of the age requirements. When applied to nursing teaching rounds, it can improve the initiative of nursing students, stimulate the nursing students' interest in learning, tap the potential to achieving the combination of theory with practice,and improve the learner's own ability, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
