达是头颈肿瘤最常见的病理改变之一,且mTOR信号通路的多种组成元件与头颈肿瘤患者的预后有明显的相关性,这不仅可为
头颈肿瘤的特异性靶向治疗提供依据,而且也可为预测头颈肿瘤患者的预后提供参考。本文就mTOR信号通路及其在头颈肿瘤
中的作用做一综述,旨在对mTOR信号通路和头颈肿瘤及其预后的关系有更进一步的认识。 |

Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) play a critical role in tumor development, invasion, metastasis and even the
local recurrence. Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), a significant cause of cancer deaths worldwide, has multiple stepwise
malignant evolutions. Recent studies have found that deregulation of the mTOR signaling pathway is one of the most commonly observed
pathological alterations in HNSCC, and a variety of components of the mTOR signaling pathway have a significant correlation
with patients' prognosis of HNSCC, it not only provides the basis for the specific targeted therapy to HNSCC, but also providing a reference
for predicting the prognosis of patients with HNSCC. In this review, we summarize the mTOR pathway and the role of mTOR in
HNSCC with the purpose of having a further understanding of the relationship between the mTOR signaling pathway and HNSCC and its
prognosis. |
