目的:探讨紫癜清颗粒对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者的临床疗效及外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+表达的影响。方法:纳入120 例确诊
为HSP患者,随机分为两组,治疗组予以紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗,对照组予以强的松联合扑尔敏治疗;两周为一个疗程,共观察
4 周,采用流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+的表达。结果:治疗组有效率与对照组相当(P>0.05),但复发率较对照组减低
(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+比例增高,与对照组治疗后患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+的表达相比,无
统计学意义(P>0.05),但表达比例较对照组高。结论:紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗过敏性紫癜既可以明显改善患者临床症状,还能降
低复发率;治疗后CD4+CD25+Foxp3+明显升高,说明调节性T 细胞可能参与了HSP 的发病,也可能是紫癜清颗粒联合针刺治疗
HSP 有效的原因。 |

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Zidianqing particle in the treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura
(HSP) and its effect on CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ expression in peripheral blood.Methods:120 patients of HSP were randomly divided into two
groups. The patients in treatment group were oral used Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture, and the patients in control group
were used prednisone combined with chlortrimeton. Two weeks was as a course of treatment, totally 4 weeks. The expression of
CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ was detected by using flow cytometry.Results:The effective rate was similar between two groups (P>0.05), but the
recurrence rate of treatment group was lower compared with control group (P<0.01); the proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ expression in
peripheral blood was increased in treatment group, higher than that of control group, while it was no statistically significant compared
with control group after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture could not only obviously improve
the clinical symptoms of patients, but also reduce recurrence in the treatment of abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura; the
proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+expression wasincreased in peripheral blood after treatment, suggesting that Tregs may be involved in
the pathogenesis of HSP, and that may be the reason of effective treatment with Zidianqing particle in HSP. |
