| Objective:To observe influence of Yougui pill combined with berberine on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with
insulin resistance patients.Methods:114 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into experimental group (Yougui Pill combined with
berberine) and control group (metformin and diane-35). The level of TG, TCH FINS, FPG, TNF and IL-6, HOMA-IR were observed and
analyzed in order to evaluate the effect of the treatment of two groups.Results:After the treatment, the level of HOMA-IR, FINS, TG,
TCH, IL-6, TNF was decreased and had statistics significance (P<0.05). In the pretreatment, there was no significance in the level of
FINS, FPG, HOMA-IR, TCH, IL-6, TNF, TC between two groups (P>0.05),but after treatment, the level of IL-6 and TNF in the
experimental group was significantly decreased than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Berberine combined with Yougui pill
could decrease the level of lipid and ameliorate chronic inflammation to increase insulin sensitivity. |
