      目的:探讨生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床效果。方法:选取我院2011 年1月至2014 年1 月收 治的83 例SAP 患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,研究组42 例,对照组41 例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予生长抑素治疗, 研究组患者给予生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗疗效,并记录患者腹痛缓解时间、脱离呼吸机时间、肠道功能 恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间。结果:研究组总有效率为90.5%(38/42),明显高于对照组的75.6%(31/41),差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);研究组患者腹痛缓解时间、脱离呼吸机时间、肠道功能恢复时间及血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论:生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠联合治疗SAP疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

      Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods:Selected 80 cases of patient with SAP who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014, divided them into two groups according to the random number table method, 42 cases in study group, 41 cases in control group. Control group was given somatostatin on the basis of conventional therapy, while the study group was given somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium. Then compared the efficacy of two group, and recorded the abdominal pain relief time, leave ventilator time, intestinal function recovery time and hemodlastase recovery time.Results:The total effective rate of study group was 90.5%(38/42), significantly higher than 75.6%(31/41) of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); abdominal pain relief time, leave ventilator time, intestinal function recovery time and hemodlastase recovery time of study group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodiumhas a significant effect on treatment of SAP, which can effectively improve the clinical symptomof patients that should be widely applied.
