目的：探讨功能性电刺激（FES）对痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿下肢运动功能的影响。方法：将2012 年7 月-2014 年6 月我院儿科康复中心141 例痉挛型双瘫脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组（73 例）与对照组（68 例），对照组采用常规综合康复治疗, 观察组在此基础上再给予FES治疗，持续治疗12 周，在治疗前及治疗后12 周后测定MAS 评分、踝关节背屈活动度(ROM)评分以及粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM）评分。结果：经治疗12 周后，两组ROM评分和GMFM评分均显著高于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组上升更明显（P<0.05）；两组MAS 评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组降低更明显（P<0.05）。结论：FES结合运动训练可显著缓解下肢肌群痉挛程度，改善踝关节运动范围和功能，促进下肢运动功能的恢复，值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of functional electrical stimulation (FES) on lower extremity motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:141 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy who treated in department of Pediatrics rehabilitation center from July 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (73cases) and control group (68cases). The control group was recieved routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was given FES treatment on the basis of control group. The MAS score, range of motion（ROM）of ankle and the gross motor function measure（GMFM）were evaluated of both groups before and after treatment.Results:By 12 weeks after treatment, two groups of ROM score and GMFM score were significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group increased more significantly (P<0.05); the two group of MAS scores were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion:FES combined with exercise training can significantly relieve lower extremity muscle spasm extent, improve ankle range of motion and function, promote the lower limb motor function recovery, it is worth the clinical promotion.
