(2013 年1 月-9 月)。运用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)分别检测疾病组和对照组各100 例血浆HOTAIR 水平,同时对
上述血浆HOTAIR 的表达值绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,并计算ROC 曲线下面积(AUC)。结果:与对照组(0.25± 0.10)相
比,HOTAIR 在CAD患者血浆(0.80± 0.30)中表达显著升高(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析表明,AUC为0.776,Cut-off 值为0.55 时,诊
断CAD的灵敏度为75%,特异度为80%。结论:冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血浆HOTAIR 水平升高,血浆HOTAIR可作为

Objective:To explore the expression of HOX transcript antisense RNA (HOTAIR) in coronary artery heart disease
(CAD) and its clinical value as biomarker of CAD.Methods:100 CAD patients and 100 non CAD patients were from the interventional
treatment roomof Cardiovascular Department in Daping Hospital (01/2013-09/2013). HOTAIR expression was quantified by quantitative
real-time PCR, respectively. The ability to distinguish the CAD group from control group was characterized by receiver operating
characteristic (ROC) curve, the area under ROC curve (AUC) was calculated.Results:Compared with the control group (0.25± 0.10),
the expression of HOTAIR was increased significantly in CAD patients (0.80± 0.30) (P<0.05), ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC
was 0.776, the Cut-off value was 0.55, the corresponding sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of CAD was 75% and 80% ,
respectively.Conclusion:Plasma level of HOTAIR was significantly increased in patients with CAD, suggesting that it can be served as
an independent biomarker for CAD. |
