目的:研究子宫内膜癌患者血清及组织甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)以及胰岛素样生长因子受体(IGF)
的表达及其意义。方法:选取2013 年6 月到2014 年6 月我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者为研究组(30 例),另外选取正常子宫增生者
为对照组(30 例),采用蛋白质印迹法(western-blot)测量两组血清中YKL-40、HE4,应用PV-600Pic TureTM免疫组化测量两组子
宫内膜组织中IGF,比较研究组手术前后和对照组血清及组织中的YKL-40、HE4 及IGF 的水平。结果:研究组手术前血清中
YKL-40、HE4 分别为(102.4± 0.9)滋g/L 和(105.7± 1.8)pmol/L 显著高于对照组的(41.7± 1.3)滋g/L 和(31.5± 1.1)pmol/L,两组比
较差异具有统计学意义(t=11.321,12.973,P=0.021,0.019);研究组内膜组织中IGF阳性表达率为93.3%(28/30)显著高于对照组的
66.7%(20/30),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=11.967,P=0.013);研究组内膜组织中过度表达者43.3%(13/30)显著高于对照
组的0.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=14.168,P=0.008);手术后研究组血清中YKL-40、HE4 分别为(30.5± 1.1)滋g/L 和
(24.7± 1.5)pmol/L,与手术前比较差异具有统计学意义(t=11.938,11.027,P=0.011,0.009);子宫内膜癌血清及组织YKL-40、HE4
及IGF与子宫内膜癌的分期呈正相关(r=0.381,0.423,0.261,P=0.018,0.021,0.028)。结论:子宫内膜癌患者血清中以及组织中YKL-40、
HE4 及IGF的表达显著增高,可以辅助诊断早期子宫内膜癌。 |

Objective:To study the expression and significance of chitinase protein 40 (YKL-40), human epididymis protein4
(HE4) and insulin like growth factor receptor (IGF)in serum and tissue of endometrial cancer.Methods:Patients with endometrial cancer
who were treated in our hospital fromJune 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the study group (30 cases), and patient with normal uterine
hyperplasia were selected as the control group (30 cases), YKL-40, HE4 were measured by using Western blotting (Western-blot) in
two groups, and the serumand uterus endometrial tissue IGF levels were detected by PV-600Pic TureTMimmunohistochemical measurement,
YKL-40, HE4 and IGF levels in the serumand tissue of the study group and the control group before and after operation were compared.Results:YKL-40, HE4 in serumof the study group before operation were (102.4± 0.9) 滋g/L and (105.7± 1.8) pmol/L, significantly
higher than (41.7 ± 1.3) 滋g/L and (31.5 ± 1.1) pmol/L of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups
(t=11.321, 12.973, P=0.021, 0.019); the positive rate of IGF expression in endometriumof the study group was 93.3% (28/30), significantly
higher than 66.7% (20/30) of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (x2=11.967, P=0.013); the over expression
in endometrial tissue of the study group was 43.3%(13/30), significantly higher than 0% of the control group, with significant
differences between the two groups (x2=14.168, P=0.008); the serum YKL-40, HE4 of the study group after operation were (30.5± 1.1)
滋g/L and (24.7± 1.5) pmol/L, when compared with before operation, the differences were statistically significant (t=11.938,11.027, P=0.
011, 0.009); the expression of YKL-40, HE4 and IGF in serum and tissue of endometrial carcinoma had a positive correlation with the
stag- ing of endometrial cancer (r=0.381, 0.423, 0.261, P=0.018, 0.021, 0.028).Conclusion:The expression of YKL-40, HE4 and IGF in
the serum and tissues of patients with endometrial cancer are significantly increased, it can assist in early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
