| 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶在未扪及肿块乳腺癌中的临床诊断价值。方法：选取我院乳腺科收治的未扪及肿块乳
腺癌患者92 例，回顾性分析92 例患者术前彩色多普勒超声和钼靶检查结果与手术病理相印证，对比不同的检查方法与病理诊
断结果的符合率。结果：单纯彩色多普勒超声检查与单纯钼靶机检查诊断准确率无明显差异（P＞0.05），而彩色多普勒超声联合钼
靶机检查诊断准确率明显高于单纯彩色多普勒超声检查诊断准确率和单纯钼靶机检查诊断准确率，差异有统计学意义（P＜
0.05）。结论：彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶能够明显提高未扪及肿块乳腺癌诊断的准确率，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of the color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) combined mammography
in ammonites and lumpof breast cancer.Methods:92 cases of breast cancer patients were selected from Department of Breast in our
hospital, and a retrospective analysis of these patients was performed for the preoperative color doppler ultrasonography and mammography
with postoperative pathological diagnosis, and the coincidence rate among three methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer was compared
Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate for breast cancer between pure color doppler ultrasound and pure molybdenumtarget inspection has
no obvious difference (P>0.05), while the diagnostic accuracy of color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) joint molybdenumtarget inspection
diagnosis was significantly higher than that of pure color doppler ultrasound and pure molybdenum target inspection, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography combined with mammography can obviously increase
the diagnostic accuracy of the ammonites and lump in breast cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
