      目的:探讨转化生长因子(TGF-beta)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-alpha)、干扰素- r(IFN-r)及白介素-10(IL-10)在骨关节结核组织中的 表达及其对骨质骨量的影响。方法:选择2012 年6 月-2014 年6 月我院收治的骨关节结核患者50 例,应用免疫组化法检测患者 结核中心病灶TGF-beta、TNF-alpha、IFN-r及IL-10 的表达水平。结果:TNF-alpha、IFN-r、TGF-beta及IL-10 在结核组织中呈不同程度的阳性 表达(P<0.05)。TNF-alpha和IFN-r在增生性病变中的表达高于干酪性病变,TGF-茁和IL-10 在干酪性病变中的表达高于增生性病变 (P<0.05)。增生性病变中,IFN-r在坏死性结核肉芽肿中的表达低于非坏死性肉芽肿(P<0.05),TNF-琢、TGF-beta及IL-10 表达无明 显差异(P>0.05)。干酪性病变中,TNF-琢在非坏死性结核肉芽肿中的表达高于坏死性肉芽肿,TGF-茁在坏死性结核肉芽肿中的表 达高于非坏死性肉芽肿(P<0.05),IFN-r和IL-10 表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。与正常骨组织细胞数相比,增生性病变与干酪性病变 组织的成骨细胞数低,破骨细胞数高(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-beta、TNF-alpha、IFN-r及IL-10 在骨关节结核组织中存在不同程度的表达,对 病情的发生发展及骨质骨量具有重要影响。

      Objective:To investigate the expressions and significance of TGF-beta, TNF-alpha, IFN-r and IL-10 in the tuberculosis of bone.Methods:50 cases with spinal tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected. Then the expressions of TGF-beta, TNF-alpha, IFN-r and IL-10 in the tuberculosis lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expressions of TNF-琢, IFN-酌, TGF-茁and IL-10 were different in tuberculosis (P<0.05); TNF-琢and IFN-r in proliferative lesions were higher than those of the cheese necrotic lesions, while TGF-beta and IL-10 in cheese necrotic lesions were higher that those of the proliferative lesions with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of TNF-alpha, TGF-beta and IL-10 in the non-necrotizing granulomas and and necrotizing tuberculosis in the proliferative lesions (P>0.05); The expression of IFN- r in necrotizing granulomas of tuberculosis was lower than that of the non-necrotizing (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of IFN-r and IL-10 in necrosis and non-necrotizing granulomas of the cheese necrotic lesions, (P>0.05); The expression of TNF-alpha in the non-necrotizing granulomas was higher than that of the necrosis (P<0.05).Conclusion:TGF-beta, TNF-alpha, IFN-r and IL-10 expressions play the important role in the presence of bone and joint tuberculosis tissue for the occurrence and development of tuberculosis.
