| Objective:To investigate the effect of beta-Elemene on the proliferation and apoptosis of SKOV3 cells.Methods:SKOV3 cells were treated with different concentrations of beta-Elemene injection (25, 50, 100, 150, 200 ug/mL). Cell proliferation was
measured by MTT after SKOV3 cells were treated with beta-Elemene for 24 h, 48 h. Cell apoptosis was detected at 24 h by flow cytometry.Results:Cell proliferation was dramatically inhibited by beta-Elemene injection (25, 50, 100, 150, 200 ug/mL) at 24 h, 48 h, and the
inhibition of proliferation of 48h was higher than 24 h’s (P<0.05);(beta-Elemene injection (25, 50, 100, 150, 200 ug/mL）could promote
apoptosis of SKOV3 cells.Conclusion:beta-Elemene can inhibit the proliferation and apoptosis at a time-concentration depend manner. |
