目的:探讨运用酶链聚合反应( PCR)技术检测泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)的生物群,分析Uu 生物群与临床症状的相关性。
方法:以支原体16S rRNA保守区域基因为扩增靶序列设计引物,采用PCR 方法扩增Uu 16S rRNA基因检测125 例临床标本,并
将检测结果与临床症状进行相关性分析。结果:PCR法检出Uu 阳性率44.8%,其中35 例Uu 生物1群阳性,其中有16 例有症状;
27 例Uu 生物2 群阳性,其中有18 例有症状。Uu 生物1 群感染与症状的相关性无统计学差异(P>0.05),而Uu 生物2 群感染与
症状相关性有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PCR 检测Uu 16S rRNA 基因可用于Uu 生物群的检测,Uu 生物2 群可能是非淋菌性尿
道炎(NGU)的一个致病菌, 而Uu 生物1 群与NGU无明显相关性。 |

Objective:To evaluate the association between the biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection and the
symptoms of the patients.Methods:125 swab specimens from patients were collected and were detected using 16s rRNA gene by PCR.
The relation between the biovars of Uu and symptoms was analyzed.Results:The positive rates of Uu, the parvo biovar and the T960
biovar were 44.8%, 28.0%and 21.6%, respectively. There was a significant association between infection of the T960 biovar and signs of
urethral inflammation. No significant relation was found between patients with the parvo biovar of Uu and clinical signs.Conclusion:PCR for 16s rRNA gene could be used for the detection of the biovars of Uu, and T960 biovar of Uu could cause urethritis in patients
with nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). |
