目 的: 探讨生物化学检验技术实验教学( Experimental biochemistry inspection teaching, EBIT)与 开放式综合实验设计( Open
comprehensive experiment design, OCED)的初步效果,为 EBIT 教学提供新型选择方案。 方法: 选择 2012 届我们所带教医学检验
专业的 2 个班级 111 例学生作为研究对象, 分别归入观察组和对照组,其中观察组 56 例, 对照组 55 例。 对照组 EBIT 中予以传统
的模式,观察组则采用 OCED 模式。对比两组实验成绩、教学效果的满意度。 结果: 观察组的合格率显著高于对照组, 差异有统计
学意义( P< 0.05)。 观察组对教学效果的满意度显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。 结论: OCED 方式应用 于 EBIT 过
程中,可获得较好的教学效果, 值得推荐。 |

Objective:To discuss the preliminary effect of the Experimental biochemistry inspection teaching (EBIT) and Open
comprehensive experiment design (OCED), to provide new options for EBIT teaching.Methods:1 11 graduates of 2012 from two classes
majoring in medical laboratory were selected as the research object, and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 56
students in the observation group and 55 students in the control group. The control group received traditional mode for EBIT, while the
observation group received the OCED mode. The experiment performance and the teaching satisfaction degree of the two groups were
comparedResults:The qualified rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the difference was
statistically significant (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control
group(P<0.05).Conclusion:OCED applying in EBIT can achieve good teaching effect, it is worth application. |
