于我院就诊的 21 例 充血糜烂型及 14 例光滑型 OLP 患者为 研究对象, 18 例 正常人为 对照组, 采用 密度梯度离 心法对各组外周血
单个核细胞进行分离 ,酶联免疫吸附剂 测定( ELISA)法对各组外周 血单个核细胞中的 IL-4 和 IFN-gamma 的表达进行检测, 逆转
录 - 聚合酶链反应法对各组血清中 IL-4 mRNA 和 IFN-gamma mRNA 的表达进行检测。 结果: 与 正常对照组相比, OLP 患者 IL-4
mRNA 及蛋白的表达均增高,而 IFN-gamma mRNA 及蛋白 的表达则降低, 差异均有显著统计学意义(均 P<0.01)。 充血糜烂型及
光滑型 OLP 患者组间比较发现, IL-4 mRNA 和 IFN-gamma mRNA 及蛋白的表达差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。 结论: OLP 发病机
制 与 Th1 与 Th2 的表达失衡有关, 为临床治疗提供参考。 |

Objective:To evaluate the expression of Th1 and Th2 in peripheral blood of oral lichen planus (OLP) and its clinical
significance.Methods:21 cases of hyperaemia erosion OLP and 14 cases of smooth OLP patients in our hospital from January 2013 to
March 2014 were researched and 1 8 healthy people were studied as control group. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated
by density gradient centrifugation, the expression of IL-4 mRNA and IFN-gamma mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was
detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method and IL-4 and IFN-gamma were tested by ELISA.Results:The
expression of IL-4 mRNA and the protein was higher in OLP group than in control group, expression of IL-4 mRNA and the protein was
lower in OLP group with a statistically significant difference (all P<0.01). However, there were no significant differences in the
expression of IL-4 mRNA, IFN-gamma mRNA and protein between hyperaemia erosion and smooth OLP patients (P>0.05).Conclusion:The pathogenesis of OLP involves the unbalanced expression of Th1 and Th2, and it provides the reference for the clinical treatment. |
