切的相关性。人乳头瘤病毒E5 是一种转化作用的癌蛋白,是细胞膜或内膜整合蛋白。人乳头瘤病毒E5 在感染的细胞中表达。主
要在感染细胞克隆早期的繁殖,扩张中起重要作用。它干预生长因子受体,干扰周期蛋白和周期蛋白激酶,促进病毒癌基因转化,

Humanpapillomavirus DNA is necessary for the development of cervical carcinoma, there are closely relation between
the virants of Humanpapillomavirus 16E5 oncogene and cervical carcinoma.Human papillomavirus oncoprotein E5 is a conversion function,
the integration of cell membranes or endometrial protein. Human papillomavirus E5 expression in infected cells. mainly in the infected
cell clones early breeding, play an important role in the expansion. And interfere with the growth factor receptor, interference cycle
proteins and cyclin kinase promote viral oncogene transformation, inhibit the expression of tumor suppressor genes, activate the promoter
for virus propagation and damage cells through a variety of mechanisms to promote the host cell through the cell cycle, proliferation, differentiation
delaymalignancy. The E5 gene variation means that the function may change possible body or the cells mutant virus immunity,
with the occurrence of cervical cancer and the HPV addicted epithelial, so Human papillomavirus 16E5 gene variants have a non-negligible
significance for human papillomavirus 16cervical cancer. this article give research for function and current study of Humanpapillomavirus
16E5 virants in cervical carcinoma. |
