TGF-beta+CD4+T
t=-9.08,P<0.01) ],AR患者外周血中TGF-beta+CD4+T 细胞的比例降低[(1.92± 0.54)%vs.(4.76± 1.12)%,t=-9.94,P<0.01) ]。结论:

Objective:To detect the proportion of IL-10+CD4+T cells and TGF-beta+CD4+T cells (which represent characteristics of
Tr1 cells and Th3 cells, respectively) in peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis (AR) patients and healthy controls, and to explore their
significance in the pathogenesis of AR in order to provide clinical references for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Peripheral
blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 19 AR patients who were sensed to Dermatophagoides farinae (Df) and 19 healthy controls were
isolated. The proportion of IL-10+CD4+T cells and TGF-beta+CD4+T cells of peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.Results:Comparing with healthy controls' the proportion of IL-10+CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood CD4+T cells significantly decreased and the
TGF-beta1+ CD4+T cells in peripheral blood significantly decreased (P<0.01).Conclusion:A lower proportion of IL-10+CD4+ (Tr1) cells in
peripheral blood may be an important factor in the pathogenesis of AR. Improve the proportion of IL-10 secreting Tr1 cells may be of
great significance in the treatment of AR. A lower proportion of TGF-beta1+CD4+T (Th3) cells in peripheral blood may be an important
factor in the pathogenesis of AR. However, few studies about the relationship between TGF-beta1 and AR, especially the relationship
between TGF-beta1 levels and AR in peripheral blood, further research is needed. |
