产表面活性剂的能力且产物量较高,其生物表面活性剂驱油效果良好。 |

Objective: To filter out biosurfactant producing strain for oilfield.Methods: To study on the growth and metabolism
law of biosurfactant-producing bacteria was studied by the fermentation, and the best culture conditions were elected by using orthogonal
experimental method. The biological surfactant oil displacement effect was evaluated through laboratory displacement experiment.Results:The best culture time for strain 2# was 96 hours. The optimal condition for fermenting were as follows: the fermentation medium
was composed of 4.0 g of glucose, 1.6 g of corn steep liquor, 0.1 g of Na2HPO4, 0.05 g of KH2PO4, 0.05 g of MgSO4, 0.005 g of CaCl2,
100 mL of water and pH 7.0; The culturing temperature was 35 ℃ ; The rotation speed of shaking table was 120 r/min. Biosurfactant
flooding EOR efficiency was 6.16 %. Conclusion:The best oil-displacing biosurfactant-producing bacteria is strain 2#. It could produce
surfactant and the product quantity is high. The effect of biosurfactant flooding is good. |
