探讨在PC 机上对容积CT 灌注(CTP)源影像全自动生成减影CTP 源影像的方法。首先在Windows XP 操作系统中使用
Matlab,对4层螺旋CTP源影像进行DICOM 文件格式解析,获得CT 成像设备的球管每转一周扫描层数及容积减影方法需要的
其它参数信息,然后经过容积的CT 值集合读、容积的CT 值集合减以及容积的CT 值集合写等几个步骤,生成减影CTP 源影像
的DICOM文件序列。使用该容积减影方法得到的减影CTP源影像,在定性肉眼观察和定量CT 值矩阵比对上,与使用CT 影像
工作站上的减影软件手工逐层半自动减影得到的结果类同。容积减影方法实现了容积CTP源影像的自动化减影处理与成像,为
最终形成一个一站式的减影CTP软件奠定了基础。 |

To investigate a method of creating automatically source imaging data of Subtraction Computed Tomography Perfusion
imaging (SCTP) fromsource volume data of CT Perfusion imaging (CTP) examination on personal computer (PC). The volume subtraction
imaging technique was implemented using Matlab on Windows XP platform. Through DICOM file format analysis for source
imaging data of four slice spiral CT perfusion scan, this paper obtained layer number while ball tube of CT imaging device scanning a
cycle as well as other parameters used in volume subtraction method firstly. After several steps of volume CT value set calculation
including reading, subtraction and storage, this paper created source imaging data of SCTP with DICOMfile format. Source imaging data
of SCTP created by using volume subtraction method was similar to the semi-automatic subtraction results gotten layer by layer by means
of subtraction software at workstation (AW 4.2) in two aspects of naked eyed observation and comparison with CT value matrices.
Volume subtraction method can create automatically source imaging data of SCTP and establish a basis for the eventual formation of an
all-in-one SCTP analysis software. |
