目的：研究并探讨护理干预在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术患者治疗中的应用与价值。方法：以我院2011 年6 月-2012 年3 月期间共收治进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的800 例患者为研究对象，并运用随机分组的方式将所有的患者分成两组，即治疗组和对照组分别由400 例进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的患者组成，对照组的患者在手术治疗之后进行常规的护理即可，而治疗组的患者则在手术之后进行必要的护理干预，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，治疗组的400 例进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的患者中，显效的为341 例，有效的为39 例，治疗的总有效率为 95%，对比P<0.05，具有显著的统计学意义。结论：在患者进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的治疗之后，对其进行必要的护理干预，不仅能够使其更加积极的配合治疗，更加有助于临床治疗效果的提高，值得在现代的临床中进行大力的推广与应用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To study and discuss the usage and value of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients of the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis Methods: Our hospital enlisted 800 patients as research samples who used the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis during June, 2011 to March, 2012. During the research the patients were divided into two groups by the randomized way. The two groups were treatment group and comparison group and each was composed of 400 patients. All patients in both groups used excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. The patients in comparison group were treated by routine care after surgery. In the meanwhile, the patients in treatment group were treated by necessary nursing intervention after the surgery. At last, the treatment effects would be compared. Results: the clinical treatment effect of patients in treatment group was significantly better than ones in comparison group. 341 patients appeared some effect and 39 patients had effect among 400 patients who used excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. The total effective rate was 95%, contrast P < 0.05, which had remarkable statistical significance. Conclusions: The necessary nursing intervention which were used to the patients with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis after the treatment could not only make it more positive to cooperate with treatment but also helped the improvement of clinical treatment effect, and it was worth promotion and application in modern clinical vigorous.
