目的:了解小儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原菌及其对抗菌药物的敏感性。方法:对北京市和平里医院儿科两年来确诊治疗的
156 例小儿呼吸道感染患儿的痰标本进行培养及药敏试验。结果:156 例标本检出致病菌98 株,其中G- 杆菌71 株(72.4%),G+ 球
菌23 株( 23.5%),真菌4 株(4.1%),主要致病菌依次为肺炎克雷伯菌26 株,大肠埃希菌20 株。流感嗜血杆菌13 株,金黄色葡萄球
菌7 株,肺炎链球菌5 株。药敏结果显示,G- 杆菌对亚胺培南均敏感,其次为头孢西丁、庆大霉素,G+ 球菌对万古霉素均敏感,对
头孢西丁、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、阿米卡星有较高的敏感性。结论:革兰阴性杆菌为本地区小儿呼吸道感染的主要致病菌,真菌的
感染率也呈上升趋势,临床上应及时检测,合理用药。 |

Objective: To study common pathogenic bacteria of pediatric respiratory tract infection in children and their antibiotic
sensitivity. Methods: 156 sputum samples diagnosed as respiratory tract infection from Beijing Hepingli Hospital during two years were
cultured and tested on drug sensitivity. Results: There were 98 pathogen strains in 156 samples, including 71 G-bacillus strains (72.4 %),
23 G+coccus strains (23.5%) and 4 strains of fungi (4.1%). The main pathogens were Klebsiella pneumonia (26 strains), Escherichia coli
(20 strains), Haemophilus influenza (13 strains), Staphylococcus aureus (7 strains) and Streptococcus pneumonia (5 strains). Drug
susceptibility results showed that G-bacilli was sensitive to imipenem, followed by cefoxitin, gentamicin while G+bacteria was sensitive
to vancomycin but G+bacteria was more sensitive to gentamicin, cefoxitin, ciprofloxacin and amikacin. Conclusion: Gram-negative
bacilli are the main pathogens in the pediatric respiratory tract infection and the fungal infection is also an upward trend, which should be
timely detected clinically and rationally used. |
