为主,震动区以变性为主。提示高寒低温环境肌组织火器伤病理改变是火器与高寒低温共同引起损伤,高寒条件加剧损伤程度;

Objective: To explore the features of histological change in cold and drying natural conditions, and to provide the basis
for clinical treatment and prevention of cold-firearm combined injury. Methods: A group of rabbits were wounded in the hind legs by
5.62 mm small caliber handgun in cold and drying natural condition (-18 ℃~-22℃). The cold-firearm combined injury model were
made to observe histological change and ultrastrutural features of skeletal muscle with firearms injury. Results: The cold-firearm combined
injury in cold and drying natural conditions showed tissue necrosis in contusion area and degeneration in the shock area. In cold
temperature environment, the pathological change of muscle tissue gunshot wounds were caused together by cold and firearm, furthermore
cold conditions aggravated damage, and muscle tissue of the wound area in shock still had actively muscular repair, showing the giant
muscle cell proliferation sex-based repair process. Conclusion: In cold low-temperature drying under natural condition, away from
alpine environment in the earlier, you can create a better way to reduce or prevent the extent of freezing combined injury; treatment of
wounds in addition to comply with the general principles, the removal of necrotic tissue degeneration zone of retention, which will help
tissue repair and reduce scar healing, retain muscle function. |
