Aging and cancer are always the hot research points of bioinformatics and medical for many years, which can be
induced by a mount of reasons. In order to cope with difficulties, scientists have done many researches on Pluripotent Stem Cells (PSC) .
However, the PSCs also have tumorigenicities. In this paper, from the perspective of DNA stability, we review the hot research points in
biomedicals including: the types of DNA damage and repair, the reasons for aging, the characteristics of cancers, the tumorigenicities of
human embryonic stem cells (HESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (HiPSCs). |
