      MicroRNA (miRNA)是一种高保守,长度大概21-23 个核苷酸,非蛋白编码RNA,起着调节基因表达的作用。近年来有关 miRNA 与肺癌的关系已经得到证实,并且成为当前研究的热点。miRNA 能整体调节基因表达,这使得miRNA 表达谱在作为生物 信号方面比蛋白编码基因更具有提示作用。最近发现miRNA 以被保护的状态存在于循环血液中,这使得miRNA 表达的发现具 有非侵袭性、重现性以及易检测性。研究显示血浆miRNA 表达谱可作为肺癌生物信号分子,在肺癌早期诊断、判断预后和指导化 疗药物应用等方面具有重要作用。本文将对血浆miRNA 与肺癌的研究进展,以及在肺癌早期诊断、判断预后和指导化疗药物应 用等方面作一综述。
英文摘要:
      MicroRNA(miRNA), one class of non-protein-coding RNAs, are highly conserved 21- to 23-nt RNAs that function to regulate protein production. In recent years, the relationship between lung cancer and aberrant expression of miRNAs has been verified and become a hot spot of present research. Since miRNAs can globally regulate gene expression, miRNA expression profile may serve as a better biomarker for lung cancer than that of protein-coding genes. Recently, stable miRNAs have been found to be present in circulation where they are maintained in a protected state, thus making the detection of miRNA expression a non-invasive, easily accessible and repeatable process. Some studies have shown promise for serum/plasma miRNA profiles as superior markers for early diagnosis, estimation of prognosis and guidance of treatment in lung cancer. This article reviews the research progress of serum miRNAs in lung cancer as biomarkers for early diagnosis, estimation of prognosis and guidance of treatment in lung cancer.
