目的:探讨反应性血小板增高患者凝血指标及血小板聚集功能指标变化规律。方法:143 例血小板反应性增高患者和65 例
对照者同时检测血小板聚集功能、抗凝血酶活性(AT-Ⅲ)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),并统计分析。结果:
血小板反应性增高常见于肿瘤、肺炎、外伤患者;血小板反应性增高组患者AT-Ⅲ、PT 和APTT 与对照组无差异,但患者血小板聚
集功能显著高于对照组。结论:血小板反应性增高患者血小板聚集功能增强,建议定期监测血小板聚集功能,必要时用抗血小板
聚集药预防。 |

Objective: To explore the coagulation and platelet aggregation index variation in patients with increased blood platelet
reactively. Methods: 143 samples from patients with increased blood platelet reactively and 65 samples from controls tested for platelet
aggregation, antithrombin activity (AT-Ⅲ), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), separately, and
statistical analysis. Results: That blood platelet increased reactively is common in patients with cancer, pneumonia or trauma. AT-Ⅲ, PT
and APTT of the patients with increased blood platelet reactively had no difference with controls, but platelet aggregation was
significantly higher. Conclusion: Enhanced platelet aggregation detected in patients with increased blood platelet reactively, so regular
monitoring of platelet aggregation were recommend, if necessary, drug prevention with anti-platelet aggregation is feasible. |
