This article describes the Otoacoustic emission and its classification, characteristics, current problems and research
methods, and improved wavelet threshold method, which is based on a multi-resolution analysis of wavelet threshold about the soft and
hard traditional threshold and established two variables, by adjusting these two variables effectively achieve the effect of removing noise.
