目的:探讨个体量化健康教育对高血压患者自我护理的依从性的影响。方法:选取我院心内科高血压患者2000 例,应用前瞻
性研究方法,采用随机抽样的方法将研究对象分为普通组与对照组,每组1000 例患者。对普通组患者实施常规健康教育,对照组
实施健康教育计划,进行个体量化健康教育。对两组患者自我护理行为的依从性进行比较。结果:实施个体量化健康教育的对照
组患者自我护理依从性行为高于普通组患者,P< 0.05,有差异。结论:实施个体量化健康教育可以提高患者自我护理依从性,对患
者的康复有积极的促进作用。 |

Objective: To explore the impact of individual quantification health education on hypertensive patients with self-care
compliance. Methods: Select 2000 cases of hypertensive patients in our department of Cardiology, use random sampling method to divide
them into normal group and the control group, n=1000. Patients in normal group received conventional health education, while the
patients in control group were applied with individual quantification health education. Compare the compliance of self-care behaviors
between the two groups. Results: After implementation of the individual quantification health education, control group had higher
self-care compliance than normal group, P <0.05, with statistical differences. Conclusion: Implementation of individual quantification
health education could improve self-care compliance, and have a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients. |
