患者的影像资料,分析、比较CT、MRI 和SWI 的信号特征及脑内病灶显示率。结果:SWI 显示病灶最多、最敏感;脑CT 扫描次之;
常规MRI 序列敏感性差,只有部分病灶显示。结论:CT、MRI 和SWI 对DAI 早期诊断、治疗及评价预后具有重要参考价值,SWI
是诊断DAI 最有效的首选影像学检查方法。 |

Objective: To investigate the diffuse axonal injury (DAI) of the CT, conventional MRI sequences and susceptibility
weighted imaging (SWI) features and diagnostic value. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 42 cases of DAI in patients with image data,
analysis, comparison CT, MRI, and SWI signal characteristics and brain lesions display rate. Results: SWI showed lesions up to the most
sensitive; brain CT scan, followed by; poor sensitivity of conventional MRI sequences, only some of the lesions appear. Conclusion: CT,
MRI, and SWI of DAI early diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of important reference value, SWI DAI is the most effective
diagnostic imaging method of choice. |
