      目的:观察白藜芦醇联合乌司他丁对大鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)的治疗效果。方法:将250 只雄性Wister 大鼠随机分为5 组,分别 为假手术(A)组、急性胰腺炎组(B 组)、白藜芦醇组(C 组)、乌司他丁组(D 组)和白藜芦醇联合乌司他丁治疗组(C+D 组) 。制备各组 AS 大鼠模型,观察各组腹水量及血淀粉酶、脂肪酶、TNF-α、NF- κB、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并观察胰腺病 理改变。结果:B 组与A 组相比, SOD 水平明显降低(P<0.05) , MDA 水平明显升高(P<0.05);C、D 及C+D 组与B 组相比,血清 SOD 水平明显升高(P<0.05),MDA 水平明显降低(P< 0.05);C+D 组与C 组、D 组相比,血清SOD 水平明显升高(P<0.05) ,血清 MDA 水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与B 组比较, C 和D 组血淀粉酶、脂肪酶、TNF-α、病理学评分均降低,细胞超微结构损伤减轻,有显 著性差异(P<0.05 或P<0.01)。C+D 组上述指标改善较C 组和D 组更明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁、白藜芦醇通过 升高SOD 保护性因子、降低MDA 损伤性因子,对急性胰腺炎有治疗作用,尤其在乌司他丁与白藜芦醇合用时效果更显著。

      Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of resveratrol and ulinastatin on acute pancreatitis (AP) of rats. Methods: A total of two hundred and fifty male Wister rats were randomly divided into sham group(A group), AP model group(B group), resveratrol (C group) , ulinastatin group (D group) and resveratrol combined with ulinastatin group (C+Dgroup). Plasma concentrations of amylase and lipase, tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α), nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB),blood levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined. The pathological changes of pancreas were studied under light and electron microscopes. Results: SOD activity was decreased and the concentrations of amylase, lipase, TNF - α, MDA level in AP rats, while the pathological change of pancreas was severe. Compared with B group, the plasma concentrations of amylase and lipase, TNF-α, the pathological scores and MDA in C group and D group were decreased, while SOD activity was increased and ultrastructural injury wasmarkedly attenuated; Conclusion: Resveratrol combined with ulinastatin is more effective than either of them used alone in treatment of severe AP.
