Objective: To investigate the effect of HBsAg on T cellular immune responses in HBV transgenic mice. Methods:
HBV transgenic mice were immunized by HBsAg and Sodium Chloride. The Th1 cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-2) were detected by ELISA and
the number of IFN-secreting T cells was examined by ELISPOT. The proliferation of spleen cells was measured by MTT. Rsults:
Compared with control group, the IL-2,IFN-γ and HBs-specific IFN-secreting T cell of HBsAg group increased, and strong lymphocyte
proliferation reaction was induced (p<0.05). Conclusion: HBsAg could increase Th1 cytokines in transgenic mice and break the
immune tolerance to antigen in HBV transgenic mice. |
