目的:建立测定酸枣仁汤中甘草苷含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱:WatersC18 (250nm×4.6mm,5μm);流
动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:276nm。结果:芒果苷在0.093μg-0.744μg 范围内与峰面积线
性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.04%,RSD 为0.41%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为酸枣仁汤中
甘草苷的含量测定方法。 |

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Liquiritin in Suanzaoren Decoction. Methods:The
determination was performed on WatersC18 column (250nm×4.6mm,5μm)with a grient mobile phase composed of acetionitrile and
0.1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 276nm,and the flow rate was 1ml/min.Results:The Mangiferin showed good
linearity (r=0.9999)in the range of 0.093μg-0.744μg, the average recovery was 98.04% with RSD 0.41%. Conclusions:The method is
simple,accurate,reliable and is suitable for Determination of Liquiritin in Suanzaoren Decoction. |
