目的: 探讨超声生物显微镜( UBM) 对钝锉伤性低眼压的临床观察及手术治疗效果的价值。方法: 应用UBM 观察55 例
钝锉伤所致的低眼压患者的治疗情况及手术效果并根据UBM 检查决定睫状体离断复位手术的范围。结果: 55 例应用UBM 检查
的患者, 16 例行药物治疗治愈; 15 例行睫状体脉络膜上腔放液术后, 14 例治愈, 1 例未复位; 21 例行睫状体离断缝合术后, 1 次手
术复位的14 例, 经UBM 检查证实另7 例缝合位置靠后或者缝合范围不够, 手术失败, 再次检查UBM 定位重新缝合后, 全部治愈,
3 例放弃手术。结论: UBM 检查对于钝锉伤性低眼压可以定性、定量地做出诊断, 明确鉴别睫状体脉络膜上腔脱离和睫状体离
断, 并且可以确定离断的范围及其与相关组织的关系, 评价手术的效果及提高手术的成功率。 |

Objective: To evaluate the value in clinical observance and operation of low - tension eyes after contusion using Ultrasound
biomicroscopy ( UBM) . Method: In this study, ultrasound biomicroscopy was used to examine 55patients ( 55eyes) that were e after contusion.
This examination comprised operational range of cyclodialysis reposition and treatment of these cases. Results: In these 55 cases, there
were 21 ones that were operated with cyclodialysis reposition ( Not only 14 cases recovered well, but also others were operated again then recovered)
. Another 15 caseswere operated with supraciliaris releasing operation in which only one case went to failure. The rest 16 cases recovered by
medicine. Conclusions: Ultrasound biomicroscopy is a qualitative and quantitative technique in the diagnosis of low- tension eyes after contusion.
UBM can not only distinguish suprachoroidea dialysis from cyclodialysis accurately, but also offer the degree and extent of cyclodialysis. A-l
so UBM can evaluate the effect of operation so that develop the surgical outcomes. |
